Patient representatives help our patients and their families with problems, complaints or concerns about their health care or with St. Luke's and Roosevelt Hospital services that other staff are unable to resolve.

Patient representatives are on call from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. The patient representative at Roosevelt can be reached at (212) 523-7225 and at St. Luke's Hospital (212) 523-3700.
