Free Checkup! As a blood donor, you will be provided with a free mini check-up. Each time you make a donation, we check your blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and hemoglobin level.

Improve Your Health! For men and postmenopausal women, donating blood is a benefit to your health. Men and postmenopausal women are at higher risk for iron overload. Too much iron can build up in the blood, which and can lead to heart disease and other major health problems. Research shows that giving blood three times a year can reduce the risk of iron overload and, therefore, reduce the risk of a heart attack by as much as 50%!
