Adult Genetic Services
At the Genetics main office, we provide diagnostic, prognostic, management
and counseling for a spectrum of adolescent and adult onset genetic conditions
like neuromuscular disorders, retinal dystrophies, cholesterol metabolism
disorders, blood conditions among the most common. We can also provide initial
assessment of genetic cancer related issues (i.e. familial breast cancer,
colon cancer) and arrange the proper referral to the Beth Israel Cancer Center.
